Web Application Developer

Write code for web applications using html 5, CSS3, ASP.NET (vb.net), JQuery and Json. Support Internal Systems. Work with SQL, MySQL and mongoDB databases. Research and apply up-to-date web security standards. Refracture old code and developing and implementing new features. Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code. Design full-stack, scalable, flexible, maintainable, web-based solutions. Help employer’s franchisees with Wordpress Website updates and General Support. Work with MLS raw data and API Data Imports on a daily basis. Monitor Cloud Based Systems (AWS). Oversee the daily operation of the website, backend server, cloud infrastructure, security, and development of employer’s corporate website, Management System and other related websites/systems within the ecosystem. Identify user and system requirements for new websites and new/legacy applications as well as employer’s core management applications. Write and review code for various new/legacy applications. Collaborate with other developers and designers to create a finished overall website/application. Test all web applications for functionality, provide feedback, and upgrade software, as needed. Manage all code repositories and system\database architecture. Build processes for data protection and quality assurance. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics. Protect sensitive digital information. Upgrade legacy systems to work better with more modern web systems. Oversee and implement any changes in system architecture. Oversee all of the internal communication systems, including email and messaging. Develop and implement networking safeguards. Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage for employer. Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency. Build quality assurance and data protection processes. Communicate technology strategy to franchisees and other users. Respond to feedback from franchisees and other users and use it to make improvements or adjustments. Provide support to employer’s franchisees daily and assist/guide them in making website changes. Improve SEO through enhancements based on analytics on both employer’s website and franchisees’ websites. Integrate with third-party APIs;

Requirements:
